Dr. RAFAEL PEREZ FRANCO Is a surgeon from Universidad del Bosque, Bogotá, Colombia, and a plastic surgeon from Clínica San Rafael, Bogotá, Colombia. He has had special training at Hospital Saint Paul, Sao Paulo, Brasil and Professor Ivo Pitanguy’s Clinic in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.
